This custom made Cocobolo and sinker redwood (submerged for over 100 years) OM guitar almost named itself.  The flame red color and birdlike quality of the back and feathery characteristics of the sides made "Phoenix" a logical choice.  Like the mythological Phoenix rising from the ashes the range of this guitar rises from a strong, low bass to a vibrant, high treble..  The midrange is crisp and solid providing a guitar with an absolutely beautiful sound quality (characteristic of rosewoods).  Volume and resonance are no issue for this little beauty. The look and sound of the "Phoenix" is sure to send other OM guitars up in smoke.
