Shipping
If you wish to purchase a PARIZONA guitar, you can send me an email or call direct at 802-324-1268 and we can discuss your purchase. Before a guitar leaves the shop the neck relief and action at the 1st and 12th fret is checked and adjusted, new strings are installed, and any adjustments are done that are needed based on your personal preferences. The guitar will ship via UPS ground and shipping costs will be added to the final invoice. Once your payment has cleared, the guitar will ship within 2 business days. The guitar will be shipped in a double box with foam padding. This packaging helps assure that the guitar will arrive to you in the same condition it left the shop. Upon receipt of the guitar, you will have 5 days to decide if it meets your expectations in craftsmanship, appearance, playability, and most importantly, sound.
Returns
If you purchase a PARIZONA guitar, you will be given a five day trial period. If, for any reason, after the trial period, you decide that you do not want the guitar, all you need to do is to contact us and an email will be sent to you with a link for printing a pre-paid return label. Then just pack it up in the original shipping box, like it was when it arrived, put on the return label, and call the shipper to have it picked up or drop it off at the nearest UPS store. Once the guitar is received, and it is in the same condition as when it left the shop, you will be refunded the full purchase price less the original shipping cost. If there is any damage to the guitar while it was in your possession such as cracks, nicks, pick scratches, belt buckle scratches, etc., you will be contacted regarding the damages and estimated cost for restoring the guitar back to new condition. The restoration costs will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
All PARIZONA Guitars are warranted against defects in material and workmanship as long as the luthier is in business. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper care, improper humidification or exposure to extreme heat or cold environments, physical abuse or natural disaster.
Periodic maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is a condition of the warranty. A guitar humidifier and instructions are included with the purchase of each instrument; its proper use is the responsibility of the owner.
Damage assessment and the decision to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of the luthier.
Repairs not warranted will be relayed to the customer and can be done for an agreed upon cost at the discretion of the owner.
