"Lil' Emerald" Mod. - SWUKEHon Ser.#090123008
PARIZONA Honduran Mahogany Tenor Ukulele
Honduran Mahogany/Salvage Cedar
Lil' Emerald is a combination of rich dark wood and a deep emerald green pearl trim. The Honduran back and sides are topped with a beautiful one-piece salvaged cedar top. This top is over 50 years old and is adorned with an emerald green rosette. The head plate is Koa and the fingerboard and bridge are rosewood. The neck is a lightweight Spanish cedar with a light tan color that accents the overall appearance very nicely. This tenor ukulele has a nice rich tone with a good tonal range. The note decay is slow and the volume and sustain are excellent. Lil' Emerald is another jewel in the line of PARIZONA Guitars ukuleles and has the versatility to play anything from a love song to an Irish jig with the flair and sound required. Despite its smaller size this instrument carries on the tradition of the sound quality that PARIZONA Guitars is known for and is a great addition to the line of ukuleles.
